Hillary Rodham became the first student commencement speaker at Wellesley College and in her speech at graduation day she said, "The challenge now is to practice politics as the art of making what appears to be impossible, possible." The speech received a standing ovation and an article was written about her in Life . This was her very first national media exposure.
After college she entered Yale Law School in New Haven, Connecticut in 1969. She allegedly chose Yale Law School over Harvard Law School after meeting a chauvinistic Harvard professor at a cocktail party. Hillary Rodham became a member of the Board of Editors of Yale Law Review and Social Action and met her future husband Bill Clinton at the Yale library.

It seems like it should be of concern.

Of course... it means they think they are smarter than YOU. And in most cases, they are correct -- since they ALL live on the public dime, travel at our expense and have Big Business so deeply in their pockets, that there's ZERO connection to the voters (nor concern). Please give me a list of things they'd actually accomplished for education, combating inner-city poverty and taking generations of famlies away from the Grandma raising grandkids -- loving the Rap music & gangsta lifestyle over Opening A Book and reading? or, making SURE that the kids have a quiet place for study, and raising their next generation BETTER, instead of floating for another generation? (this is what Dems are supposed to do, right? at least?)
Not done, since LBJ and the 1968?
Bill went to D.C./Georgetown, and Hillary to Wellesley for undergrad -- and the media NEVER ever mentions their law school affiliation (even when Kerry ran vs. GWB). MOST PEOPLE are unaware they BOTH went to Yale Law School... as they have fashioned a less-New England public persona (to win the governorship of Arkansas and carry-on the myth in the White House). Bubba is called Bubba because of that (who in the south would like it, if they realized he spend 4yrs in DC, another 3 in Boston and more in England...??? when they believed him to be a good ol' boy, too?). He also hadn't any blacks in his cabinet and the Rebel Flag flew over his head in the Arkansas state capital, etc. -- but people remember his buddy/token Vernon Jordan, just fine... thank you. Of course, he's added a Harlem office (at your expense, about $700k per year all in all?) to that nonsense thought that he's done ANYthing for inner cities and was the 'first black president' (because he was dogged by authorities -- which is offensive in itself, or SHOULD be!).
These candidate play off each other, when both sides are equal -- and usually hire the same vendors/companies for govt contracts, aside from top cronies (which is what an election is all about).
(Vote independently.)

Greetings. sure do seem to be a strange odor about everyone of the people mentioned. maybe we should burn it down and kill everyone there rather then do the same in Iraq? maybe the terrorists have taken it over and are producing these horrible people to destroy us from the inside? or can it be that a degree is simply bought there at Yale instead of being earned by actual learning? I note that I would not classify any of the people mentioned as being particularily intelligent. most marginal at best.

just another example of alumni getting family members into the same schools.
big schools like Yale, Harvard, and Princeton have been more apt to accept rich kids (smart and average alike) who can pay over smart kids who need scholarships and/or lots of student loans.
