Depends on whether or not she can handle the truth, I'm a blunt and straight forth person, I want to know if I'm actually losing weight or not so that I can ditch the stupid diet and try something different. I lost 40 pounds by cutting carbs, no potato chips, or potato products, went to diet pop and sugar free cookies.

If she values peoples "constructive" critisism, she'll want to know. If not, then to keep from looking like an *** in her eyes, I guess lie to her. But somewhere down the line someone is going to be blunt with her and she'll be upset that you lied....... Good luck!

Try to tell her in a polite, funny and affectionate way (if there is such way to tellsb is still fat). Try to encourage her and may be suggest her a new diet. Don't forget to mention that you love and like her even fat. Good luck to both of you.

No as it takes a lot longer than a month to shed weight, and i would suggest you are more tactful than that.

not if you value your life ding dong. its rude anyway, show love and respect and encouragement and she may try harder. did it ever occur to you that she may have a endocrinology type disorder?
