the problem is no-one wants to work form me and have lots of nasty messages from women telling me they wouldnt do it for that low a wage, despite the fact it meets national minimum wage and it wont occur any charges on there phone bill ect. I just cant afford to pay as much as most people yet, but once i have started paying of all the money it cost me to start it, i could raise there wages, how can i convimce people im legit, im not expecting experience, just willingness to work at least 30 hours a week?

Most businesses make nothing wihin the first 2 years so don't expect to be a millionaire just yet.
You can't just 'set up a business' without a business plan of some sort regardless of it's nature, you should have tested the water first, got people on board to help you such as business advisors and i'd recommend you still do this.
Planning/budgetting for staff should have been your first consideration as it's you main outgoing, far more than the costs of equipment or phone calls, etc.
If you embarressed by the nature of your company to discuss it with these people then you shouldn't be doing it in the first place, Playboy is a global empire based around sex and naked girls so you deal with it as any other business.
There are millions of unemployed people in the country and to say you can't get staff must mean your not selling this to them in the right way.
You have to market the jobs as you would a product, offer them security, other benefits such as flexibility in working hours and what about a quarterly profit sharing scheme based on company performance?
Can i be honest and say you don't fill me with a lot of confidence on you running a company based on the fact you have so little knowledge of these extremely basic things, i wouldn't want to work for you.
You need proffesional help and guidance, spending a little money now to get this help could save you from losing an awful lot at a later date.

If I were going to have to debase myself for horny old men I'd want something better than minimum wage. Maybe you are just going to have to say that wages will rise if they are patient. Also, why did you start a company for a product that's part of an already flooded market?
