Continue with my weight loss regimen, I seem to get involved in one accident after another, which makes me more sedentary than i already am due to my busted Sacrum. Now with the weather getting colder its going to be that much more difficult, its not easy when you have arthritis in your behind :-) I can actually feel my bones grinding when I walk or during my water exercises. ((((bbh)))) I am up to drinking at least six bottles of water a day, four more and then I will be drinking half of my body weight. Splish Splash says my bladder ;-]

To eat right, exercise, and lose weight. I was on the right track a year ago. But missing two weeks of the workout just killed the momentum. Now I'm back up to where I was before, and eating like I used to.
I'm afraid that it will take a heart attack to motivate me. And with my size, I might not survive one.
