in all thier movies there was a big debate at my work about it and now i need to know

I will take a reasonable guess based on what i have noticed of their many movies...Since they both have excelled in body count hits, possibly looking at the style, and trail both have left, might help.
Seagal appears more the beat'em up real bad but possibly not dead. So many of his counts might be "just wounded".
---weaponry: more knives, free hand, some guns and some bombs (but not used the way the pyschotic villians have used them hehe)
Arnold? Ohh, I think he has way more actual kills. Most of his hits seem quite dead.
---weaponry: more guns overall, firepower often extremely huge.
Arnold seems to kill more.
Seagal seems to assist them to not walk or hold anything ever again. :)
That's my take...
