Should the Iraqi families of people killed by Blackwater mercs. hire Fred Thompson to sue on their behalf?

Fred made some good money as a tort attorney and could really bolster his campaign coffers by getting half the settlement.

Fred's not in the law business any more. The ambulance chaser could probably do a much better job anyway, he could channel those dead folks and really jack up the settlement.
