Well, my friend, the major networks are so liberal and left leaning they are in danger of falling over !! Read the book, "BIAS" by Bernard Goldberg. Folks who do not watch alternatives such as Fox News Channel, and conservative talk radio, are getting indoctrinated and infiltrated and brainwashed to the LEFT........and this is so dangerous. Everyone needs a balance, and you will NOT find it on the major channels, and many of the major newspapers such as the New York Times. Sad how many folks are asleep or ignorant of this, and are asleep to much of the truth in our world today. Read that book !!

"The Media" (five bucks if you give a definition we can all agree on) has been ignoring newsworthy issues since its earliest days, largely because it has only so much space, time, money, people, and legal protection to report the news. (A free press sure isn't cheap.) Want to talk to people frustrated at certain stories not getting more press? Talk to journalists! Also, we may all agree in theory on what is newsworthy, but when you make your living every day deciding what's newsworthy, things may be different.
If you know of newsworthy issues that are not being reported, you had to have learned about them from some source. I'd recommend sticking with that source.

Because deciding what is "newsworthy" is a subjective question. One person's newsworthy is another person's gossip to be ignored. That is why there are a vast variety of "news" organizations with different definitions of news. If you don't like what you see/hear, you might want to consider looking elsewhere.

Because they are being good little trained puppys and only doing what their bosses tell them. And the bosses obey the overgrown Bush currently in office. Sickening isnt it.
