If the IRS doesn't know about the "other half" than proving that is impossible. Unless of course you can hire a lawyer to
supeona those records from his employer which is a possibility.
Good luck

You don't. You could ask the Friend of the Court to look at his tax returns. But then my ex didn't bother to file any. So the court makes up an amount he can make based on his skill level. Like if you are a butcher, you should be able to make a range of $ to $ each year. Then they base the support on that.

Mention the matter in court and find any banking and financial records to support this conclusion. Document his spending habits and get a copy of his income tax returns. Present this to the court.

He needs to show his proof and the court will explain to him whether he needs to do more if he's not coming through with what he needs to for support..All you can do is file for the support and show your income as well.....We as moms, usually get the short end of the barrier.....

I hope that you have been keeping receipt like mad for the time since the filing, at least. I hope that you have credit card statements. I keep all receipts. Receipts are proof of spending habits, which are proof of income one has.

WOW, a wife can be a best friend/worst enemy!!! Remind him of the IRS if he even thinks about being unfair. They'll have great intrest in him!! His ssn# is now important to you, your attorney can track all his employment changes, money transactions!! I think you got em by the short hairs!!

Stop trying to get every penny out of him. Take what you can get and get a job. It is not your job as his ex to make sure he is destitute!

You can hire a forensic accountant. Your lawyer can probably refer one to you. Good Luck!
