Possibly, but I have a better idea. Since the 80's were far more prosperous than the 90's. How about we recreate the 80's by electing Fred Thompson and getting a republican controlled house and senate again and then we will see what happens. Personally, I really think that we need fresh blood in the house and senate. We need to get rid of the politicians who have lived there for the past 20-30+ years like Kennedy and so on. I really think people need to think outside the political box in this upcoming election. I really do not think we need any more Clinton's or Bush's in the white house for a change. We really need to clean up the house and senate and the white house!! Fred Thompson is the most common sensed politician running!! He is old fashioned and he fully believes in what our Founding Fathers were trying to do for this country. He is the type of person we need in the oval office! People like Kennedy, Biden, Kucinich, Clinton, and the likes need to retire and find a hobby. And leave the hobby of destroying our lives alone!! Though, I will say, they are quite good at it! Please no more liberals who are actually socialists, communists, and now they call themselves progressives. All the same thing. This is NOT what our country needs!

Yes to the White House. But they'll follow the previous pattern and give Hilly two years to undo some of the damage before electing Republicans in 2010.

There is a pretty good chance that congress will return to Republican control, not due to anything the Republicans are doing right but because the Democrats are really blowing it.
I have no doubt Hillary will take the nomination but whether or not she wins the general election depends on the ability of the Republican to draw clear distinctions between what the Republicans intend to do and what Hillary intends to do.
If the Republican candidate is adept at making his case she stands no chance. If he allows her to blur the distinction she has a very good chance.
No one knows for sure the effect her gender and her personality will have on voters. There is no precedent.

Judging by the field of Republican candidates for president, that should be the major strategy of the Republican party for 08. I think the Republicans best hope in 08 is to recapture the congress.

How they handle the staff interior the White abode would desire to be of little project to the yankee public except its criminal interest. How the country is run is whats important. whilst it consists of Hillary, I do exactly no longer think of united states of america is incredibly waiting for a woman to run the country. we could take the emotional ingredient we've those days been witness to. a united states of america needs to be run via a individual who would nicely be stable interior the face of adversity. think of yet another 9/11 incident. capability is mandatory at a time like that. She'd probable start to cry. And we can't have somebody that emotional working this united states of america which prides itself on capability. So, like I pronounced, who cares how they handle the white abode team.

I'm sure they will because of the lovely stories that came from the Clinton era. The roaring economy didn't start until after the Republican Congress was elected, if you hadn't noticed.

I'd rather eat a bullet.
Conservative, not Republican, but Conservative control across the board is the only hope for this country.
The rino's have got to go.
The socialist libs have got to go.
True conservatism is the only way this country can dig itself out of this muck we're in.

I would say as far as the White House a lot of people will vote for Hillary because they liked what Bill did. I don't think that
America wants to restore Republican control of congress, but it could happen very easily by winning 2 seats.
