Why do you do it? It cannot be because you are concerned or feel compassion for missing children, because if it were, you would be putting your effort into raising awareness for the 70,000 + other British children who go missing every year and have hardly anybody actively looking or campaigning for them, who would benefit greatly from raised awareness. Why focus on one child who has more publicity and debate than is beneficial?

There must be millions of missing children the world over, why not take up a genuine cause that actually does need attention.

funny that, you keep insisting that you are not the same 3 users and yet within 10 seconds of me blocking shambo (I mean tilly) again puff knows mmm. I don't really think you deserve a response from me, but hey hoe, I hate paedophiles I hate racists, I do not spend my time with them because I find them offensive. It is the same with the 3 people ( and their 20 id's, that I have blocked), it's not as if I would be missing on on any wealth of informed opinion, just the same offensive hate rants. I don't have to explain myself to the likes of you anyway. I ignore you, why can't you do the same? I have you blocked because I don't have endless time on here as you do, I don't want to have to deal with sifting through nonsense and offensive twaddle.

shambo/tilly, I never said you or your alter egos were not entitled to your opinion, just that I don't find them interesting or informative. So they are of no interest to me at all. The coarseness and degree of malice disgusts and offends me, so I'd rather not thanks very much :-)

Thanks sooth, you're right it is non of their business who I choose to listen to and find interesting and who I find offensive and boring.

Jack, check the sequence I didn't start the whole who has blocked who (boring) saga, they did, again. After the third regurgitation of the comments about who I have blocked I just set the record straight. I agree, I don't know why it has to be brought up. I am blocked by the people who name me in the many questions they ask to insult me, eg: insulting my mental health, debating sex aids for me, calling me drug dependent saying I need a lobotomy etc. I have asked many times that we just ignore one another, I don't care for them and I wish they didn't care equally for me.
Would anyone not block justme and all his guises if they had to put up with answers ( and it's not really an answer is it?) like the one below? As if I would click on that link. Stop trying to get my attention.

The reason so many people feel involved in this case is because the McCanns have pushed it into our faces since day 1. At first, all of us couldn't fail to have sympathy for the parents and felt genuine concern for missing Madeleine. But then it became apparent that the funds raised were more for the parents benefit than for any "search" for Madeleine. The lies surrounding the night of May 3rd and the fact that the Tapas 9 could not make up their minds just where or what they were doing. The continous obvious media spin from Gerry & Kate is sickening. People aren't less concerned about other missing children, we've been drawn into this mystery by Mr & Mrs McCann and we all want to see an ending. Preferably with Madeleine found safe and well but I doubt, thanks to her parents, that this will happen.

So now i understand what occurred to cheesy's question. Why in the international became into it deleted/suggested ? i presumed it became right into an excellent question. My answer to Adams question is less complicated: examine "BlueLadyBlue R" answer. How plenty greater straightforward can an answer be ??! persons are no longer asserting that the McCanns intentionally ended Madeleine's existence, that they MURDERED their youngster. this is a stupid fact to make with out evidence. What maximum persons are in actuality asserting is: (a million) Maddie is conceivable lifeless with the aid of fact of her father and mom ignore. (2) as "BlueLadyBlue R" wisely says... if this became right into a pair of greater working classification kin, the different 2 little ones could have been taken away. this is a actuality --- it needs no evidence. Please enable's stop nit-choosing !!! i do no longer want the McCans in the back of bars yet i could decide to make certain them admit to their failure. In a manner i'm getting exhilaration from them. A police officer instructed me as quickly as... "you would be shocked with the composure and administration that in charge human beings in criminal circumstances practice !". If I lost my 9-3 hundred and sixty 5 days boy and in that way i could probable positioned a bullet in my strategies... i would not in any respect, flippantly walk on the coastline bare ft and invite the media come alongside.

I have to say I agree with you to an extent. I don't mind people discussing and expressing their views logically and laying out why they believe what they believe but there comes a time when it kind of oversteps a boundary into useless and non productive.
This case and just about any of the reports published in any papers these days is one of those cases. Most is speculation and hearsay attributed to anonymous sources. How much can actually be "fact"?
There are millions of missing and exploited children in the world today and the truth is that many never receive even a fraction of the coverage that has been devoted to this; fact or otherwise.

You are very astute! I suspect that many people (myself could have once been included) like to keep the curosity levels up. It goes to show how much we need to feel wanted by others and by asking and answering questions is a way of achieving this.
However, I also think that peoples feeling of helplessness in not being able to physically 'Get Out' there and look for Madeleine this forum somehow compensates for this. This having been said I think that they're are those that are so obsessed with this case that they find it hard to keep away from here.
Yes and I agree that there are thousands upon thousands of missing children but none have been given such a high profile as has this wee mite.

I've spread no gossip - I just want to make sure that the McCanns are charged with leaving children alone - child neglect! Others have had children taken away for the same crime. Others will probably think its o.k. to "Do a McCann" and leave kids alone if they want bag of chips and a couple of pints, should an examples not be made of these McCanns. I deal with things that I have a hope of making some difference in, not multitudes that I have never heard of and whose parents are likely as not, NOT posing as saints.

because she is in the media. Why do people care about Britney Spears and her custody battle? It's in the media, they keep people interested in things that go on everyday. And boredom leads people to get overly interested. A missing girl under the circumstance she is missing is of interest to alot of people. Apparently the cops need to show some more interest til they find her!

Tilly - for your information...I have not been blocked by Freethinker even though I may sometimes have a differing opinion to her, so perhaps it is not your opinion but the way you voice it that counts? you reap what you sow in life.
In answer to your question Freethinker.... right or wrong some people will always gossip about others...until of course the gossip is focused on them....so this has nothing to do with Madeleine, these people will gossip and spit venom about anyone.
I think it's mainly from people who have no confidence in themselves...the little man with the big bunch of keys syndrome... it makes them feel more important if they can belittle other people.

sorry Free, I know you asked me not to reply, but I'm not going to sit back and just say nothing.
I wish they would lay off you. i wish I could show them the e-mail you sent me this morning, after I told you what I did about parts of my past and why this bullying is horrible. I wish they knew how kind and gentle and supportive you are and could see the sincerity in your words. I wish they understood how nice it is for me to be able to share some of the nasty stuff with someone whose been there, without fear of it appearing all over the forum the way other things have. Because I trust you.
I can't make them not say these things, but I can support you and I am going to

I think we can safely say that the Mccann case is very emotive and there are strong opinions on either side.
I find it interesting to read other people`s opnions , however many times on this very board what is being expressed is NOT an opinion. It is invective , bile and hate filled rants.
We all know who the main offenders are, I won`t name any names. Post after post of illiterate rubbish. The saddest thing is that these people seem to have "fans" who follow them and laugh at their puerile humour.
Nobody with a sense of self worth feels the need to continually slag off other people, so I feel that these people are to be pitied. However I find it very frustrating that sensible debate on here seems to be a thing of the past.
Thankfully there are many, many interesting people on here, some I agree with and some I don`t but sometimes you have to trawl through the rubbish to find posts that are worth answering!!
edit;
Take no notice of any of the crap they are posting about you. Says more about them than about you.
