Acutally Yahoo Real Estate is a pretty good Site to look. Most of the local MLS Data Bases are feeding into Yahoo or/and http://www.realtor.com.

Like previously stated, you can go to realtor.com or try one of the prime real estate companies websites such as Centruy21, Coldwell Banker and ReMax. Those sites have a listings tab that you can see what is listed for the area you are looking, including MLS.

Or you could get intouch with whatever paper is in the Concord area and go on-line and look at all the listings that are for sale by owner and listed in the classified section there.

I would also try craigslist for better values. I know some real estate companies have houses on their as well.

Check out the site where ALL MLS listings go, automatically:

http://realtor.com

Plug in your criteria and go shopping.

When you find some listings of interest, contact a local Realtor (perhaps someone with listings in the area or neighborhood you desire - so they know it thoroughly, or get a recommendation from a friend or family member).

Work with your Realtor to find hidden bargains, get your financing in order, and for help relocating. As a buyer, there is no cost to you for this assistance.

Good luck and best wishes.
