Why take it out on the delivery boy? he didn't cook the thing slowly...he also has no control over how busy they are that night. if you have an issue, take it up with management. Don't "shoot the messenger" (so to speak) That is just bit*hy.
I am glad that something like that ranks as a worst case scenario for you. Your life must be sweet!

Don't blame the pizza guy...he could have been stuck in traffic or had to wait for the previous customer to open the door or go find his money to pay him...these things are not his fault....
