I try not to be but human nature doesn't always allow us to be. I like to "read" the book before I judge the cover

I try not to be but no one is perfect and so yes at times I am judgemental. It's not accurate but in many cases I feel that being judgemental is somewhat of a human self defence mechenisim.

yes, it is virtually impossible to NOT be judgemental in our society as we are taught from a young age to see the differnces in everything around us (people, places, things), thus when we do find something that is different from us, we tend to label it in our minds, thus attaching a judgement (either positive or negative) to this person/place/thing/event.

we are all generally speaking...egocentric, meaning that we tend to always first believe that our way or perspective is correct and anything else is incorrect, thus judging it negatively......we can consciously decide to not act on these judgements and to search for more details to change this initial judgement to something neutral or positive, but the unconscious mind usually does the work first.

I think that its fair to say that we are all a bit judgemental at times with out being able to control our own emotions due to past experiances. I do however, try to give everyone the benifit of doubt because I feel that if you have not done anything to me personaly, I should not hold anything against you unless you give me reason.

Jean, the Bible teaches me that I am not to judge anyone unless I want to be judged. That is not my place to judge others, it is GOD'S place. I was not put here on Earth to do that, I was put here to learn my "life lessons" so I could go "home" (HEAVEN). Remember, if you judge someone, you will have 3 fingers pointed back at you. Hope this helped, Good Luck Honey !!!!!

I try not to judge other people but sometimes I fail. That is why I am human but in my heart and through my faith it is only God who has the right to judge. None of us are perfect so how can we even think about judging others.

No. I have learned to give everyone some time, before I form an opinion. With understanding comes tolerance and appreciation.

Not at all, it is a complete waste of time. I have no power to control others, I have no power to send anyone to heaven or hell. Live and let live is my motto as long as your not hurting anyone. God bless****

Yes, I am judgmental. Fortunately I'm also usually correct. When I'm wrong I refuse to admit it.
