I love Meerkat Manor. I watch it all the time. Kate. On the Animal Planet boards some of the researchers posted there. That Flower did not come out of the burrow for two days after going in after the cobra. When she finally did come out, her head was badly swollen. As you could see from the tv. They wanted everyone to know that they did try to save her. But with her staying in the burrow as long as she did and where the bite was located (head/neck) it was too late. There was nothing they could do. I will miss Flower badly. I will still watch. I love the meerkats.

I watched it once and it was too sad especially the episode where flower died because of the cobra bite . I am sorry but if I had been on the camera crew i would have had to do something to either ease her pain or put her out of misery . I dont understand why the camera crew did not help her . good luck .

sometimes I watch it. The meercats are very cute and it makes me think of Tamon from the Lion King. Imagine flower doing the hula for hyenas. That would be a death wish. lol!

I think it's a cute show. But I can't stand it when something happens to one of them. It makes me want to cry. I know its natures way but kleenex costs money!!!
