I have court this month I am going to be representing myself. I want to know what it is called or how do I ask for a continuance or a new judge based on bias? I have dealt with this judge in the past he does not like me. The 2x times before was not anything criminal something totally different. This time it is for a driving while under revocation. Which is a long story in itself.

A. You should not represent yourself.
B. You can ask the judge to recuse himself from your case, but it is his decision whether or not to do so.
C. You can appeal based on bias, but will have a hard time proving it.

You are going to be asking the court (judge) to recuse himself but unless you can provide sound grounds (proof of bias) it's not going to happen.

I don't think you can change what judge you get, you would have to re-arrange the court date to a time you knew that judge wouldn't be there.

You're not going to get a new judge. Get yourself a lawyer - you're going to need one.
