Check with drive system and clean the airbreather
filter on the carb.
Try blocking up the frame so the rear wheels are up. start the motor and check the reaction.take the air breather off.
Try dumping the old gas and put in new.
It sounds like a fuel problem, and the carb may need ajusted.

Sensor complications interior the gas injection gadget. Maf sensor (Mass ventilation) it is placed interior the air purifier housing. This regulates ventilation and gas mix as does the subsequent sensor. and so on digital temperature administration...Gauges the temp to regulate for top mix at chilly commence. automatic ckoke..which also adjusts the throttle body beginning to enable correct volume of both air and gas into the gadget. the indicators to me sound like lack of applicable ventilation to the sensors...commence with cleansing or replacing the air filter out. next disconnect the wires to the MAF. attempt taking off it that way. Then save going all a thanks to the gas injectors... different opportunities are undesirable gas filter out, clogged gas injectors, and contaminants on the throttle body plate. Spend a pair money and characteristic it placed on a meter. this may a minimum of grant you with a sturdy position to commence..and in case you're quite mechanical, get a guide, (Chilton's is a sturdy decision) and troubleshoot it your self and save ALOT of money!!

ON SMALL ENGINES LIKE THAT ,THEY USUALLY HAVE 2 GAS TO AIR MIXTURE NEEDLE SEAT SCREWS ( THE ONES THAT HAVE THE COIL SPRING AROUND THEM ) ONE IS FOR LOW SPEED RPM, THE OTHER IS HIGH SPEED RPM .IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHICH IS HIGH SPEED SIMPLY START THE ENGINE ,WHILE IT IS RUNNING RUN ONE SCREW ALL THE WAY IN TO SEAT COUNTING THE TURNS . IF IT DIES AND WON'T RESTART THAT'S YOUR LOW SPEED TURN IT BACK OUT WHERE YOU STARTED AT , THEN RUN THE OTHER SCREW ALL THE WAY IN TO SEAT ( IF YOUR CARB IS GOOD THEN NOTHING WILL HAPPEN , IF IT DIES ON THAT SCREW ALSO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM IN THE CARB ) NOW BACK YOUR HIGH SPEED SCREW OUT 3 - 4 FULL TURNS AND IT SHOULD RUN AND PULL THE CART . ALSO YOU SAID YOU REBUILT THE CARB , THAT MEANS PULLING IT OFF THE ENGINE , MAKE SURE WHEN YOU PUT IT BACK ON YOU HAVE THE CARB TO MANIFOLD GASKET IN RIGHT AND THAT IT IS SEALING OUT EXTRA AIR FROM LEAKING IN , AND ALL LINKAGES WIRES AND LINES ARE ALL PROPERLY RE-INSTALLED .

If it's got a Tecumseh engine, replace the carburetor.

They NEVER work right after they get plugged up with old gas or water.

I know you said you rebuilt the carb. but to me it sounds like it is either getting too much gas, or not enough...

If it idles good with out chuggin' I would have to guess that it is not getting enough gas..
Good luck
