Give this person a break. I hate bad grammar as much as the next person but this questioner is obviously from a non English speaking country. She certainly knows more languages then I do.
I think what she means to ask is: What do women need from life to make them happy, content, feel fulfilled, etc. If she means specifically lesbian women or not I'm not sure.
