I think this might include anyone who's had an oophorectomy. By definition a eunuch is a male whose testes (the sperm producing structure) have been removed (or do not function, but removal is usually the implied reference) thus rendering him unable to reproduce. A oophorectomy--removal of the ovaries--would be the equivalent in a female. This COULD include those who have had a hysterectomy but that is simply the removal of the uterus which is NOT responsible for the generation of the ova.

I think the victims of genital mutilation (euphemized as "female circumcision") qualify. There are remote regions of many countries that do this, search the news for examples. Last I heard of was the Egyptian government's attempt to end the practice.

Maybe that is a dual gender made male by her parents. They chose the wrong sex.
