Essentially you're running a windows app that is doing something 'bad'. It's trying to read a bit of memory that it's not entitled to anymore.

Who knows what the app is...

What Operating system? What computer hardware? Details please...

You may have a memory chip going bad on you, or perhaps your motherboard is dying.

Unfortunately, it could also just be a MS Windows bug (if that is what you are running).
