We were never sent a good faith estimate.
The Indian people that called me from the call center constantly said the numbers we gave them for our insurance or even our employers had been disconnected!!! It has been a 3 week nightmare.
This is one of the largest banks in the country & we already have a mortgage with them.

If you didn't have a rate lock or if your lock expired, it's perfectly legal.

In the future, deal with a local community bank or credit union. You'll get hands-on service from one of your neighbors. Literally!

Look at your agreement. If you didn't have a lock on the rate, it's probably legal. If you haven't signed anything yet, find another bank.
