Hi,
The center is (1,-5) and the radius 5.3. In your question, the center is the opposite of the two numbers in the parenthesis. The 1 is negative and the 5 is positive, thus taking the opposite, your center is (1,-5). Again, in your question, the radius is the √28 = 5.3.

I'm pretty sure the centre co-ordinates are just the opposites of the x and y number: 1, -5.

The radius is determined by the 28; it's the square root of 28.
