I always use my spell check but what some don't realise is that it doesn't correct grammar.
The spelling could be right but the word could be wrong.
You need to read your answer thru as well as spell check it.

Laziness, and it isn't a grammar check, so it doesn't distinguish to from two and too, etc. Also, it doesn't know a lot of names. Several words have multiple spellings, mainly UK vs. US spellings. Color and colour, realise and realize, etc.

I have no clue.
I ask myself that same question EVERY time I read some virtually unreadable question.
I mean, the spell-checker is right there people!

some people think that spell check also checks grammar, but it doesn't. spell check is spell check. also, most people couldn't care less.
