I would say you are pregnant even if you don't feel pregnant yet.
Many women would kill to have such a pleasant start to pregnancy rather than morning/all day sickness in their first trimester.
When the baby starts moving you will feel more pregnant than you do now.

Can anything else cause a positive HPT yes certain types of Ovarian Cysts and Ovarian Tumors can cause false positives or simply a false positive test (highly doubtful if you have used different brands).
Go to the doctor and ask to have a HCG level test done to put your mind at ease.

I'm sure everything is just fine, it's so natural to stress. You won't "feel" pregnant until you either have your first scan or you feel bub move. I'm pregnant with #2 and I feel the same way. Although I would have to ignore so much evidence proving that I am, I can't get it out of my head that I'm not really pregnant and it's all a big mistake!! Last time I had a scan quite soon after finding out, this time it's still 6 wks away and I've known for atleast 7 already! All my morning sickness has disappeared and aside from being tired, I just feel so normal. Hope you are having a scan soon, that will make you feel much better as the doubt will be gone and the excitement can kick in! Congratulations and Good Luck!

I didn't feel like I was pregnant either, pretty much during the entire 1st trimester (12 weeks). Towards the end of the first trimester, I started to feel little "flutters" in my stomach, which means the baby was moving. Not everyone has morning sickness and every pregnancy is different. I wouldn't worry. And Congratulations!

A postive test result by three different test can only mean your pregnant. How do you know your 6 six weeks exactly? did you miss both periods or did you go to the doctor already? If you haven't you need to go to the doctor, find out everything you can. Your body is different from every other female body out there.

Enjoy it. I was the same way and felt wonderful up until about 6 weeks along. Then I had about 10 weeks of all-day sickness. Everyone is different and you might be lucky and sail right through it. You can read about other newly pregnant moms' symptoms or nonsymptoms here -

If all 3 tests are positive than you are pregnant. It is normal not to have early pregnancy symptoms. Every women body is
different. Schedule an appointment with the doctor because I would say you are pregnant.

I'm 15 weeks pregnant and I don't feel pregnant! I know how you feel. I look forward to the Dr appointments just to let me know everything is normal!

The cramps are actually stretching of muscles and readying for the baby's growth.

Good luck!

In a few weeks you will be feeling it. Don't worry, it's still early. Most women don't start feeling pregnant until they are around two months. :) Take care!
