I use 3. One is a full length body pillow which I cuddle up with to take the place of my estranged husband. Another is a soft fiberfill which goes under my head cuz it doesn't squish my ears. And the third is a heavy feather pillow which I put over my eyes and ear to keep out the excess light and sounds which so commonly disturb me at night.
