Slow down there young buck! LOL first you pressume to be good enough to sell your work.
Can you tell Us the name of three songs that you have written that someone may have heard?
A Website cost about 6 to 10 dollars a month, and the ******.com is called a Domain Name and will cost about 9.99 for a year.
I do this all the time. bamorris.com , I set up Websites, do Graphics, things like that.
I cant find a free web site anywhere unless you want a sub domain, which would be the freewebs.com/YOUR CO
My first suggestion would be, mow a lawn get 50 to 60 bucks and purchase a site for the year with a domain name.
second: you need someone rapping your rap on the air
third: re-think the whole idea.
send your stuff to a company that already does this. About 70 percent of what you hear is written by someone other than the person you hear singing it. A web site would be fine but you wont sell anything there. Thats the role of a producer. You need your work written down w/ music if you can. Then you need to record it, and it dont gotta be all that ( remember you wont be the one preforming the music once you sell it) They will make it sound right- all they want is good lyrics and maybe good music. Lyrics is the key though. any one can say hippidy dippidy bippidy bop buy my music cuz yo stuff is slop!
Dont let this scare you from your mission. You have a dream, go get it. but remember, this is a job like anything else, if you dont put 8 hours a day in to this, then its part time, and if your the only one in the Company part time is No time. This is a lot of work, aint no one gonna walk up and hand you a big gold chain, you have to work hard at this, and real hard cuz ther is so much competition out there, and some of them are really good and have already sold stuff.
below is some info to help you get started,

Very ambitious. You won't get a full domain name without using a free web service I'm afraid. You don't get anything for nothing in this world as you'll learn. As a web designer I don't work for free and no one expects me to thankfully!
You don't say if you're ghost-writing lyrics or the whole song which would make a difference to the kind of site if you want to stream sample music and that sort of thing.
Your Dad might have to put his hand in his pocket, but that's really only the start. You have to get your site seen as there are thousands of aspiring ghost-writers out there.
Getting your site ranked so that it will seen is a real problem. I have just spent 3,000 dollars to do this for a client and there's no guarantee it will work.
Honestly. You are extremely unlikely to get a free .com unless someone with a lot of money offers to help you out.
I know this is not what you want to hear, but it's better to know the facts than be disappointed through having unrealistic expectations.

First, if you are going to start a ghost-writing business, even in the music industry, you need to improve your writing skills. You should strive to write in a professional manner in ALL your correspondence. The above message does not give the impression of a professional.
True, rap and R&B do not necessarily use the best English, but the correspondence from writers should show a certain command of language. While being able to write great rap songs is one thing, a business requires the ability to communicate effectively.
As far as getting groups to perform your songs, I would recommend that you go to open mic nights and get involved in your local music scene. Approach groups that you like with some of the pieces you've written; see if they will perform them. That will get your music heard.
Find a community radio station in your area; get your music played there.
Find writer's workshops and retreats and attend them to improve your skills.
As far as web hosting, try godaddy.com You can register your domain name and host a web site for about $7.00 per month.
Good luck,
--Dee

Before you do anything, start paying more attention to your spelling. You'll never get anywhere writing for people if you spell "business" "buisness" and "messenger" "messager". Not trying to get you down, just pointing out the first most important thing. Good luck.

I wish you well in your ghostwriting business, but if your question and the way it was expressed is any indication of your writing abilities I must recommend to you to take extensive courses in English composition and creative writing.
