2-Pac.....because he rapped about more issues in life and the things that he faced as an "African American." His songs were more meaningful and made you stop and think.

How is the even debatable? Really real hustlas, I mean dudes who are really about getting money is going to say Jay. I mean really it's laughable. Who's proved they are capable of getting more money? Pac is dead, like dudes who act like gangsta, are rotten in the ground. Sad, to say but he was a fake. He admit he wasn't a gangster, he just wasn't. Jay on the other hand, was in VA, and Jersey moving it. Lyrics as also cool, but you actually have to do what you say, not what you see someone else doing. But even still lets compare a lyrics. Here is the cleverness of Jay's lyrics, " I find no trigger straight up shoot my guns

two point two pounds you're barely a hundred and twenty-five grams" Ok to explain it to you idiots. a kilo of cocaine weighs 2.2 lbs, 125 grams is roughly 4 1/2 ounces, which is approx 1/8 of what the 2.2 lbs weight. So metaphorically speaking he is saying he has weigh more money then these dudes. Pac's lyirc. "Me myself I hustle with finesse yes I'm an Oakland baller

ehh... kinda hard to choose.... but 2Pac is overrated.... I don't like how some people act like they'll kill someone who doesn't like him.
