did Colonel Sanders ever speak in a commercial?

Yes, the Colonel did speak in a commercial. I remember seeing them when I was a child. The Colonel did not die until 1980 and did commercials for KFC for many years. He was a real person and not a paid actor.

I don't remember Colonel Sanders ever talking in a commercial but I did see him interviewed once. Maybe he was like the guy from Wendys, had stage fright and disliked commercials (eventually they got him to say a few words).

He did years ago. Harland Sanders was born in Indiana on September 9, 1890 and died Dec. 16, 1980. He sold his interest in KFC in 1964 but remained a public spokesman for the company and traveled all over the world on behalf of the chicken he had made famous almost until he died at age 90.

No.he was dead before they had commercials for KFC. The guy that has been going around dressing up like the Colonel is actually afriend of the late Colonel who looks very similar to him. I cant remember his name thought,,hope that help.

Not the real one. This was an actor hired for commercials.

No but if you look at the KFC sign look right below his head. It looks like a little minature body!
