I just love the combo of dark dark brown curly hair and light blue eyes. Mmmmmm. lol :)
Hair color isn't a huge deal though...but I love blue eyes!

Definitely Dark hair and Light eyes. It brings out the eyes way more. Also on celebrities such as: Cameron Diaz, Megan Fox, and Adriena (from The Hills)....etc...
