Most definitely a power point presentation. You can control the use of colors, font size, graphics and even have links to websites and video. The opportunities are endless. A poster just sits there. However, the draw back is technology can fail or crash and a poster, well, like I said, it just sits there.

Research has shown that power point presentations are the worst form. There are always exceptions (for example if the PP not too long, colorful, interactive, music). However, personally I think a PP is better than a poster. Don't turn all the lights out or people automatically get tired.

What you verbalize to the audience and how you do it makes for a good power point presentation. the sound effects and the fancy colors and stuff just look chinsey and detract from the information you are trying to convey...
