By law he should be tried in the state where the crime was committed, but since the FBI still has no hard evidence linking him to the 911 attacks (go to the FBI website if you don't believe me, he's not even wanted for the 911 attacks), he would have to be tried for the USS Cole, and the embassy bombings in Sudan. I'm not sure if they would try him in the Sudanese courts or where. Obviously he could have seperate trials in Sudan and Yemen, but the American people would probably object, so a beaurocratic nightmare would ensue, and he'd eventually find sanctuary in Saudi Arabia. If we granted Letters of Marquee to private bounty hunters, as one congressman suggested, he could be detained and sent to the US for trial, but with the international nature of the military action aimed at finding him, it's unlikely he would ever see the inside of an American courtroom.

"we wont foresake our values by denying it to him"
Guess agan. There is no way he is going to be taken alive, even if he come out of a cave with a white flag. The US military will carry out his sentence, without a trial
Yes, I am comfortable with that

It's all politics, if we really want to capture Osama we would have gotten him long time ago. Take a look at his background where he originated from?....Saudi Arabia ....and what is Saudi Arabia to us...if u don't get the picture ask me again...

Osama will never stand trial. He has blood relatives as guards with orders from him to make sure he dies and is never captured. IMHO, I would love to see his head in a pickle jar in a museum and throw a turd in with it.
