Has anyone ever made ceramic pieces for Halloween?

I used to make a bunch (about 20) fingers out of low-fired clay, then put them in a bowl by the door. When kids came to the door and ask what that was I would say it is a fingerbowl, have one!

That's a cute idea, I bet the kids loved it. I've never made any ceramic pieces, but I always thought they'd be fun to do. There's so many things you can make, esp for the different holidays.
