It can only be stopped if overwhelming power is in the hands of councils of working people. And that includes control of the major industries. No, not every little cafe or shoe store, just the big industries.

Little changes like laws against this or that act by the wealthy won't do it, and neither will little groups of guerrillas in the countryside quoting Mao or the Koran while they terrorize farmers.

There is no substitute for the direct ruling power of the working class in the cities.

Oh yeah -- and American workers would have to form those councils too and get their country under control, because a lot of the problems faced by Filipinos are because the owners of USA, Inc. can make a profit from them. The only force that can stop U.S. owners is U.S. workers.

Well one thing to watch for is if an ex patriot named Clinton from America shows up DON'T let her have any power and especially don't let her handle the money.
