If we accept the information coming to us from outside to our consience , - what kind of writing is suitable -from right to left or from left to right?

Writing left-to-right has a *slight* advantage for right-handed writers ... it allows us to see the letters we've just written. When writing right-to-left, a right-handed writer's hand or fingers cover up the letters just written. Of course, the opposite is true for lefties.

However, many cultures/languages have a right-to-left writing (for example Arabic, Hebrew, and other Semitic languages).

Egyptian hieroglyphics went both directions ... written left-to-right until the end of the line, and then right-to-left on the next line, and so on. (This is called 'boustrouphedon', in case you wanted to know.) You can tell which direction the line needs to be read because the letters representing human and animal pictograms) reverses direction.

The direction of our writing is dictated to us by early learning, not by the quality or content of outside stimulus. Some cultures write left to right, others right to left and yet others top to bottom. In this respect I would imagine it's impossible to say which orientation is correct and can be dictated by what we hear. .
By the way, did you mean conscience or conscious (or even conciousness)? Conscience is our inner determination of what is morally right and what is morally wrong.
