Um...no. Tell him that you like where you are in your job, and if he fires you, then so be it. If you can't get a promotion due to your hard work and determination, then forget it. Find a better job with a better boss.

There's a good idea!!! Why don't you wear a wire, get that on tape & sue for sexual harrassment. Then you don't have to worry about being canned down the road without back up. Is this a small place of business and what's his wife say? I'd be prepping for a new job, this ones done.

that is called sexual harassment and depending upon how long this has been going on or how large the company, this could result in an a very large amount of money to you in a lawsuit for that. You might even tell him that it is sexual harassment the next time he suggests that, or simply get another job. Here is a link to give you more information about that.

Wow, classic case of sexual harassment. I can't believe anyone is still that obvious. Go to your local EEOC office or call the state bar for referral to an attorney who specializes in employment matters. This is the kind of case attorneys love. You shouldn't have any problem getting help with this.

thats totally illegal. withholding benefits until unreasonable claims are met...illegal, report him, he can be fired if he works for another larger company, and can be fined out the nose if he owns his own buisness.

Get it all on tape, then either make him pay by suing or by threatening to tell his wife.

In his defense, you probably haven't done anything else that would justify him giving you a promotion or other benefits.
