Yes, it can be as simple as the pill hormones wrecking havock on your body. But then again, how much sex have you had in September, and when did you get off the pill ????? Because if the pill was not working properly, and you fooled around, you may be very pregnant. Get tested, and good luck. Remember : the pill is NOT enough ! you still need a condom ! it is your backup for things like this, and it protects you from diseases, which the pill does NOT !

Even if you took the pill properly and perfectly it would be only 99% effective, as it is normally taken it is 97% effective, so the only way you can say you could not be pregnant is if you have not had intercourse for over 9 months.
If you are unsure get a pregnancy test. Even if you have a light period, you might still be pregnant. There are no guarantees.
See your GP.

It could have been implantation bleeding rather than a period. You certainly sound like you have early pregnancy symptoms i.e tiredness, needing to go the toilet, cramp. Then again it could all just be coincidental. You should take a test to find out, they aren't to expensive and will give you an answer either way. Good luck.

Yes, it could be. The pill has very strong effects on the body and it can take a little while to get used to the abesence of it. Also, if you had your periods ending a little over a week ago it is very unlikely that you could have gotten pregnant in that time period. Secondly, if it was pregnancy in such an early stage I doubt you'd feel it so strongly.
If this continues for long consult your doctor!

Depends, have you changed your diet? Could be that going off the pill after a long period of time could be an answer. Are you working longer hours? are you stressed?
If in doubt, take a pregnacy test for you worry to much!

Yes the pill contains hormones, so if you stopped taking the pill your body is readjusting to not having those hormones daily, give it a few months and if your not back to normal see a doctor. If you are sexually active and not using protection then you could possibly be pregnant, get a test and see. Sorry jinx she could be pregnant some woman do get their periods during pregnancy.

It could just be coming off the pill causing you problems however if you are worried you might be pregnant just take a test. if you were only on at the end of september its unlikely you are pregnant however better safe than sorry.
the only way you couldn't be pregnant is if you didn't have sex at all!

Anything is possible.
What you're describing sounds very similar to the signs and symptoms.
Take a test, but don't be too reliant on it honey!
Go to your Doc, if all else fails.
