If you want a serious answer, in my opinion is Robert Mugabe, I hope I spelt it right. Any man that could do what he is doing to his people, should be hung, drawn and quartered, he joins a band of murderers along with Hussein Stalin, Hitler and so many others.. Why are these people tolerated, I suppose if you have a leader like that you come to Britain
