My friends if there are many involved in making plans to go to dinner or hang out but if its a close friend one on one I do hehehehe.....
I have some friends women that extremely bossy and assertive and aggressive and they tend to get on my nerves at time I have to put them in check every so often they get carried away with themselves :)))) I am pretty easy going though I go along with the flow I do not have to be the boss unless my friend keeps picking bad places to eat hehehe

I usually let my friends set the scene...not much of a leader either. I'm trying to improve on my leadership skills though

It depends on which friend it is, sometimes I set the scene and sometimes they do!! Some friends have trouble setting the scene!! Sometimes I do!!

I usually set the scene but my friends like it,want me to and don't mind. (If they didn't feel that way,I wouldn't)
