Hate to say it but SPIDERS! I was on my laptop a few days ago and I saw something in the corner of my eye, I looked round and there was a spider coming down from the ceiling, I nearly crapped myself.

Birds and enclosed spaces. Unlike some who have answered, I like spiders - they're quite cute really.
All that flapping with birds makes me run.
A top tip for anyone wanting to move a spider to the outside. Catch one of it's legs - gently - it will become stiff and still. So you don't have to worry about it wriggling in your hand.

Coming down from a height. I have no problem going up or being up there but I lose my reason on the way down every time. Wierd huh!

Ironic you asking.I have just had my dog for a walk on the field some thing spooked the horses & we had them all charging at us luckily they veered to the side.Think my heart skipped a beat.

Werewolves. I do not know why, but when I fight them, my heart pounds. Nothing else I fight bothers me at all.
I am talking about video games.
My other fear is my car breaking down on a road trip. It's never happened, but the prospect frightens me.

Don't laugh...but a loose or wiggly tooth! I actually have a teeth phobia!! I'm a nurse, so I can handle blood, guts, and gore...but I will run screaming from a room if there's a kid with a loose tooth!!!
