Yes, they are all a part of HMV Group PLC. I doubt your vouchers will be transferable though, as they are run as separate businesses although under the same ultimate parent.

The two brands are quite distinct, and I see no reason for them to look to offer cross products like this. If you are in doubt though, the best place to make sure is the terms and conditions on the cards.
