Clear skies, no rain or snow. High pressure pushes all the clouds away.

In high pressure areas, winds flow in a clockwise direction in the Northern Hemisphere. The pressure gradient is usually small and hence winds are light.Weather is usually fair with clear skies in summer. But,in winter, conditions are favourable for the formation of radiation fog.The thick fog may sometimes lift and form thick low clouds creating "anticyclonic gloom"( a condition of poor illumination).

Depending on the type of high pressure you have, there are clean ones and dirty ones, clean ones you can usually see cloudless skies and warm temperatures, however dirty ones have lots of clouds, but no rain.
