Internet Connection has been shared in our office network . I wanna know how can the admin find out that I have conected to internet or not .. and how can i connect privately or what should I do so that the admin cant find out that im surfing the web .

It totally depends on how your IT department has your internet connection setup. If it is going through a server then there is no way for you to hide your internet usage. If its going straight through a router the admin will know your connected, but not for how long or what you are doing.

Assuming that the network administrator knows there job, then he should know who is surfing the internet and when, as well as what sites they went on.
So if you have anything very private then i'd suggest you leave it till you get home.
