If you measure 29" under bust and 34" at full bust then you measure at a US/UK 34AA; this is different than the AU system.

This is closest to (but slightly smaller than) an AUS 12A and a EU 75AA; metrics and inches don't round exactly the same.

The cup in a 10b and a 12a are the same size. The difference here is just in the band. You measure at the 12 but if you find the tighter 10 more comfortable, there's no reason not to wear that.

make sure your measurements are accurate, a 1" error here is significant.

Girls and women often wear the wrong bra size. That is a fact. I am positive that if you try the size that you got from Victoria secrets it will also fit. It will fit differently because it will do something with you, but it will do the same thing.

You could try a 32B34A.

I have a 35 inch bust and 29 inches underneath and a 32C/34B fits perfectly.
