I always promise myself to wake up soon in the morning but I stay so long in the bed and I don't want leave bed. I have entrance exam and I couldn't pass it many times. My time is so important for me but I waste it alot for unnecessary things.

I always promise myslef to wake up soon but I don't do it. I even don't have trust to myself.I don't know what should I do.

your not alone! since grade school till now i'm working, i cant get up in the morning i always says "i still have five minutes"and catch some zzzzz again. I have three alarm clock, a mobile phone under my pillow, then beside my bed and on the computer table the loudest one so when it rang i really need to get up and its just a step away to my bathroom. I'm not a morning person i love sleeping. But dont beat your self because of it, strategy is one thing, if you have to put a bomb inside your room do it! one thing i know if youre excited or looking forward about something or someone you will really glad to leave your bed even the sun havent shine yet. Look for any positive stuff..like you and your buddy gonna go somewhere nice, or a present, its only you who can motivate yourself, its what you think and its really powerful.

waste your time in unnecessary things like what? internet, movies, tv, dvd, chat, yahoo answers, book, romantic stuff, food, family, drinking, friends etc and etc...i'd done all that stuff even i had job interview, or i have a finals tomorrow and i'm reading sidney sheldon at night w/ all my notes open, watching movies before my recurrent exam in the company i'm working..for me i take my mind off the pressure for a while then put it back again, so it will have a rest. I currently working as a cabincrew in an international airline..i never lose hope and i love indulging myself in little stuff..

i always tell this to my mom "its ok to wake up late and be awake all day rather than wake up early and be sleepy all day long"....

First off, you have to have enough willpower to pull yourself out of the bed. It's all up to you :p. Second, might want to sleep earlier. that might help

If those don't work, then I heard from somewhere that if you can get your body used to waking up by itself, it'll be easier on you too. Try to keep doing a routine before you go to bed, and recreate that routine during the day. Brush your teeth, get your wamr milk, etc etc., and then go to bed and rest down. Set your alarm to go off soon, then once it does immediately get up and out of your bed, turn it off, and continue your day. Later on when you actually go to sleep, then wake up in the morning, once you hear that alarm your body will automatically go up to turn it off, just like you did in your routines.

Get plenty of rest, and set your alarm a little early in case you need to hit the snooze alarm. If this is an ongoing problem, you may be suffering from depression, and should discuss this with your doctor.

It is do to lack of exercise,
try to walk before going to bed, make yourself tried by doing some work if u get tried u will have a good sleep.

a good bath or shower, some hair oil before going to bed can help also. try to sleep early.

this would not happen in one day, maybe a month if y tried every day the same rotine

I do the exact same thing. Maybe you could find someone to make sure you get up. I know my friends will aggravate me until I get up. You could find someone who would call you repetitively every day until your sleep schedule straightens out but it would be up to you to stay on that schedule by not taking naps and doing things that would require you staying up too long.

Aw, feel better. I can relate to being depressed and not wanting to get out of bed.
You just have to do it. Unfortunately you do feel crap if you suffer from depression but you have to do it and face the day. It's tough but you'll feel better and less guilty if you do it.
Maybe even medication would help.
