we live in different cities..knew each other a little before and have kept in good contact..always was mutual attraction. we got together recently and kissed plus much passion. i contacted her to meet up..but we didnt make a plan. then she contacted me and i said 'you're always welcome to visit me if you ever want to'. She replied ' i will come but it's difficult to find you there' (i travel a lot). I told her i'd be around for a couple of months. She didn't make any comment or promise. Do you think she is interested in me? I didn't want to sound like i was coming on too strong with the invite that's why i made the invite sound casual.

i think she is interested.

Bbut after she said ' i will come but it's difficult to find you there'" it would ahve been much better if you had told her something like

I am sure i will be in town all next week.

something like that, that was a LOT more encouraging, and specific.

I think the answer to your question is pretty simple. She was interested up to the point where you said 'I'll be around for a couple of months'. Not to say that she was looking for marriage or something, but she was probably be looking for a situation that could move forward, and if you are going to be travelling a lot and will be leaving her every couple of months, that probably killed your chances with her right there. She it probably uninterested in a long-range relationship. Depending on how strongly you feel about her, you will probably have to make some career moves and stabilize your life style to have a chance with her. In fact it my be a good idea to do that anyway if and when you are looking for any sort of long term relationship.

From another girls point of view i still don't think she wants a relationship maybe she got caught up in the spur of the moment or was just feeling lonely but if she loved you trust me you would know she would let you know and you 2 would e-mail or text very often and be all like 'i will defo be there' and stuff and willing to confrim it.
I feel that her lack of comment or promise tells you she is no longer interested in a romantic relationship for some reason.

I think actually it would be good for you to make the effort and perhaps visit her. Then she will really know that you like her, because, from my perspective anyway, if a man wanted me to do all the hard work then I would think he could either take me or leave me, and no girl wants to feel like that. So, why don't you contact her again, explain you would like to see her and arrange for you to visit her. It will show willing on your part, and if it just works out that you end up being friends then at least you will know you have tried. Good luck.

i think she is interested in you but because you have known each other for a long time she may of felt you were both moving a little too fast.she may just need some space for a while give her about a week then try to call her again then if no luck then your probably wasting your time good luck.

If you want her to come and visit you, you should say so, and give some specific dates and offer a ticket and a private room of her own. If she accepts you can show her your city.

Where it goes from there, who can say?

maybe she's waiting for you to make the moves she may feel the same way. if you like her you should make it a point to set up a time.
