Pregnidoxin contains meclizine which is not safe to take during pregnancy so give this a big miss.

Some doctors will recommend Doxylamine (also known as Doxinate) if the nausea and vomiting are very severe and prevents the mother from doing anything except lying down or sitting with her head in the toilet - it is the only thing that is really "safe" to take during pregnancy, but should only be used as a last resort. Take care with multi-drug preparations.

However, for more information talk to your doctor before you take anything at all.

Why don't you try some natural remedies.Mix a pinch of nutmeg powder with a table spoon of gooseberry juice, and take it thrice a day. Sip little by little ginger juice mixed with honey before you get out of bed. More instant remedies and info at http://usefulinfomorningsickness.blogspot.com/

Neither, you will poison the baby. Try ginger tablets that you can buy for motion sickness., or barley sugar, or put up with it like most of us do . it doesnt go on forever.
