I went to court last week and won a judgment, the court says its up to me to find what bank he uses to garnish his accounts. How am I supposed to do this?

this guy is self employed so I cant garnish his wages!

File interrogatories [a form of legal discovery] and require them to answer. Soma attorneys I know will also file "interrogatories in attachment" with all banks and credit unions in the area and require the banks or credit unions to answer.

The only method that I know of is to run a credit report on that person, but that's illegal. Get a private investigator.

Just hire a private detective and let them do the dirty work. These days the methods of finding out are usually illegal. You don't want your hands in that.
