Chrysler generally has a 'fair' relaibility record, you can get a decent one or a poor one.

Average engines, average interiors, average build quality, fuel consumption, etrc, etc.
The outcome of this is higher than average depreciation.

You should look first a something Japanese or better still German such as Audi,BMW, etc.

In general, yes. The front ends get loud and start to feel a little loose around 50k. (often the control arms) the engines are pretty solid, biggest problem with the transmission is the torque convertor. Egr valves blow out and cause a loud exhaust noise, but chrysler extended the warranty on those...There was a problem with turning a corner and the veh dying, but they issued a recall on that.

almost all american cars share the same charactristic which american car manufacturers spend all their budget on car's safety issue and no budget is left for mechanical quality, that is why they great strong and safe body but mechanicaly not very good
