My advise would be to ask the question in the appropriate forum. Maybe that is why you can't land a good job. You don't pay attention to detail.

I'm a former medLab technologist retired and I think it's rather odd, with the degrees you have, to be asking these questions on here.

I don't mean to be rude but, most people don't even know what your qualified for. If I were you I would inquire along the lines of the medical community and the scientists community.
Another good line would be the industrial community. Some of my friends chose this path instead of the medical community due to the wages and spacial offers they had in the plastics and the resins, the new fields of electronics even.

I was just introduced into the field of "electronic implants" and the new fields opening up for these products for uses in place of drugs. Used in the brain for "depression" for "spasms" and other brain injuries. For serious injuries to the bodies instead of drugs these implants are going to be the future.

Did you consider asking your professors where Neuroscience would be applied?

Y not be a neurologist at a hospital? If you have a masters in it, you should be able to get in.... or NASA
