When one uses 'though' at the end of a sentence, it is probably an afterthought. S/he intended to use 'though' in the sense of 'although' or 'however'. These words usually come at the start or middle of a sentence (even though some people end a sentence with 'however'). If someone forgets to use 'though' or 'although' or 'however' at the appropriate place in a sentence and still wants to convey the meaning s/he had in mind, then 'though' is used at the end. I dont think this usage of 'though' at the end of a sentence is wrong.
