the Aiyana is cute but not paired with the second name. she will be teased horribly.

Aiyana is cute all by itself, you don't need the middle name it sounds like a scientific name for a plant.

the first name is cute. the aithley is a bit lisp-ish and hard to pronounce, especially with the double-a.
